How we started

Rain was founded in 2009 on the simple idea that the artist comes first. We have always believed our clients are One of One. Our executives and staff dare to dream big and boldly challenge themselves and our clients to elevate their game. We have been on the journey with our clients from the beginning of their careers, helping them make “maverick moves” that have led to their acceptance of Golden Globe, PGA, Tony, WGA, DGA, Humanitas, BAFTA, NAACP Image, Peabody, People’s Choice, James Beard, and Emmy Awards. Each day we view our business through a qualitative lens and execute strategies that utilize our experience, imagination, and fearlessness to help people achieve their goals.

Today…

Since we started our company in 2009, working out of a garage with only a green club chair as our office space, we have grown exponentially. Interns have become partners, and assistants have grown into executives. As we have flourished, so have our artists. We’ve watched them create hit shows, and with them, RAIN has produced multiple projects across multiple mediums, collaborating on award-winning TV series, movies, documentaries, podcasts, and musicals. Our success is a direct result of our dedication to teamwork here at our company. Above all, our collaborative community helps us recognize how fortunate and blessed we are. We believe in giving back through our internship program and through our partnerships with organizations such as the LA Food Bank, Lee Thompson Young Foundation, as well as various industry organizations where we act as mentors for like-minded individuals who dare to dream big.
