About Andrea

Andrea joined Rain in October 2020 as its newest partner. Prior to joining Rain, Andrea had a successful stint as a literary agent before starting her own management and production company, Andrea Simon Entertainment. In two decades as a manager, she has developed and curated a select list of clients comprising award-winning television and motion picture directors, writers, playwrights, producers, and novelists. From the beginning of her career, Andrea has made collaborating with diverse writers, directors, and producers a consistent priority.

Andrea’s breadth of experience enables her to bring a unique perspective to representing her clients. This is reflected in her love for the written word and her special success in guiding artists through the rocky waters of Hollywood.

Originally from the Midwest, Andrea now lives in the San Fernando Valley with her family and two maltipoos. In her free time, Andrea is a competitive ballroom dancer with her husband Jody and enjoys watching the Green Bay Packers and Premier League soccer.
